Introduction

Adviesbureau Intersona BV is a specialized company with consultants for noise and vibration technology. The company, founded in 1972, is specialized in the field of sound and vibration onboard of ships.

Based on knowledge and unique experience collected in the last 50 years, the consultants of Intersona give shipyards and ship owners practical solutions in order to avoid or solve their noise and vibration problems.
Intersona is familiar with a wide range of maritime objects:

Because the consultants are independent, the recommended noise and / or vibration reducing measures are primarily based on physics and technical properties, taking into consideration preferences of the shipyard and owner.

The office is located in the centre of The Netherlands, so most parts of the country can be reached within a reasonable traveling time. Due to the mobility of ships and yachts and the specialised activities, the consultants are working worldwide.

Since 2020, Intersona is certified by Bureau Veritas to carry out noise and vibration measurements related to the COMF additional class notation (COMF NOISE and COMF VIB).
